We want you to be happy with your jewellery purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return as per the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return/exchange within 7 days only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalized/custom-made products

  • Orders returned without packaging

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@blinksybloom.com

  2. Mention your order number

  3. Share photos/videos of the issue

  4. Our team will review and approve the request

Pickup will be arranged where possible.

4. Refund Timeline

  • After approval and inspection, the refund will be processed

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 working days depending on the bank

5. Exchange

If you want to exchange:

  • You may choose another item

  • Price difference (if any) will be adjusted
