After your order is shipped, a tracking link along with courier partner details will be sent to your email and SMS for easy real-time tracking.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible, unused items in original packaging. Personalized and worn items cannot be returned.

Yes, we provide gift packaging only upon request. Please let us know during checkout if you would like your jewellery to be gift-wrapped. 

Avoid water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft cloth and store each item separately to prevent scratches.

Yes, most Blinksybloom necklaces come with adjustable chains to suit your preferred style and comfort.

Metro cities: 3–6 days | Other areas: 5–9 days. You will receive a tracking link to follow your order.

Blinksybloom accepts all major online payment methods  including debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.
